It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-8 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Sometimes delivery companies can be a little heavy handed. Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company and send you out some fresh replacements at first class delivery.

We only ask you send back the items you have received so we can use them in our case.
